• Led end-to-end team operations for an international federation, coordinating travel, accommodations, ground transportation, and daily schedules.
• Coordinated medical, equipment, security, and baseball operations departments while ensuring compliance with WBC regulations.
• Oversaw workouts, exhibition games, and tournament activities alongside venue and event staff.
• Served as the primary liaison between the federation, WBC, and MLBPA.
